My mom brought this book home out of nowhere one day, laid it on my bed and this is how I came to read it.

I got hooked instantly and read the thing in a matter of a couple of days. It's a very interesting book, whether I agree with everything in it or not. I learned alot; it was very informative. I would definitely recommend it to any girl having issues with self-image and losing weight.

This book doesn't give you a regimen or anything, but more like informs you of what you put in your mouth daily. It's amazing what you can learn from it, and how it changes your lifestyle (whether you take their advice or not) and outlooks.

Just thought I would share that, and it's a MUST READ for girls who want to lose weight, be healthy or have more confidence.
